Admissions Process

If you are interested in sending your child to Holy Family Catholic School, we encourage you to attend an Open House and/or take a tour of the school. Meet with the administrator and see the school in action.

The following information is required to begin the admissions process:

1. Completed Application form
• Application form for K-8
• Application Form for Additional Sibling
• Application form for Early Childhood Center
2. All applications must include:
• Birth certificate (for PreK and Kindergarten);
• Baptismal certificate (if Catholic and not baptized at Holy Family);
• Copy of most recent report card and achievement test scores (if applicable);
• Copy of any special educational or medical testing results and/or doctor’s reports;
• Parish Verification
3. Prior to the first day of school, current physical examination and immunization records must be filed in the school office.
